Create a comfortable place to move, stretch and reset. The COREFX Recovery Yoga Mat gives yoga, Pilates and mobility sessions a generous surface with cushioning and textured grip. For condo fitness rooms, corporate wellness programs, studios and home gyms, it adds versatile floor exercise space that rolls away when the session ends.

Hard floors and cramped mats can make floor exercises less inviting. At 72 inches long and 26 inches wide, this mat provides room for seated stretches, core exercises and restorative movement. Its 5 mm profile adds cushioning without the bulk of a thick exercise pad, while the polyurethane surface and natural rubber backing provide a durable foundation for regular practice.

Built-in alignment markings offer visual reference points for hand and foot placement. Beginners can use them to establish consistent positioning, while instructors and physiotherapists can incorporate them into exercise cues. The markings support instruction without replacing individual assessment or technique guidance.

For rehabilitation, active-aging and adapted exercise programs, suitability depends on the individual’s floor-transfer ability, balance and cushioning needs. Thoughtful placement and appropriate assistance help make floor-based movement more approachable. In shared facilities, a designated mat area also makes it easier to organize stretching sessions without installing permanent equipment.

At Resolution Fitness, I help you select equipment that suits your users, available space and programming goals. Whether you need an individual mat or a coordinated setup for group wellness sessions, I can help plan quantities, storage and ongoing care.
