Return policy: Returns or refund can be requested by email – info@resolutionfitness.ca. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used, or store credit. In the event an order is cancelled following the completion of service, the ordering of equipment and or accessories, a 30% restocking fee may be applied, or the deposit may be retained. Delivery and Install charges are non-refundable once the equipment is delivered. Removal of the equipment will be at the client’s expense and match the cost of the initial delivery and installation charges. The client will have 30 days from the day of delivery to request a return. The 30% restocking fee may apply to refunds requested within that 30-day period, and only apply to the items purchased, not the delivery or installation charges. Any returns and or refunds outside the 30-day return period will be accepted or declined on a case-by-case basis. Personal training packages are non refundable. Personal Training sessions and program design can be transferred to another individual to complete any unused session.
